This questionnaire has been designed for me, your photographer, to learn more about you, your spouse and your family before meeting the newest addition! Please take the time to carefully read over each question and answer with honesty so that I may plan out the backdrops and props we will be using in your session. If you have any special requests, questions or comments, please feel free to add those to the end of the form. When you are finished please hit submit!

An important part of me planning your session is being able to evaluate the lighting conditions and the set of up your rooms before I arrive. This helps to give us realistic expectations of when and where to do your session. Feel free to use the camera on your phone for these images in regular mode or panoramic. Before snapping your pictures open all shades, curtains or blinds and turn off overhead or lamp lighting. If you're unsure of which way your windows face and when they have the most sun you can take a picture or panoramic of the room around 10am and again around 3pm on a sunny day.
